2006-2007 Rates Distribution, Printing and Design

There are four quick decisions to make before becoming an advertiser with On The Town. Please make the appropriate choices and submit this form for a quick reply.

  1. Choose the distribution zones.
  2. Pick a card size & quantity.
  3. Choose who will prepare your graphic design.
  4. Pick the time of year to begin distribution.

1. Pick Your Distribution Zones

Distribution Option 1 $225.00 per month per slot - Monthly Rate Includes Zones 1 and 2

  • ZONE 1 - San Francisco / Downtown
  • ZONE 2 - Fisherman's Wharf/ Lombard Street
  • ZONE 3 - SFO Airport Area

    • ZONE 3 is included at NO additional monthly charge with Zone 1 and 2 for 2006 - 2007.

The Convention and Meeting distribution Service is included in the pricing for each zone.

2. Decide the Quantity & Size of Cards to Print

All cards are printed on high gloss stock.

3.Graphic Design

This is a one time cost to design your On The Town card. Prices include: design, layout, 2 revisions, 2 scans & one color proof.

Graphic Design for Standard Card: $325.00
Graphic Design for Folded Card: $425.00
  • Additional Scans: $35.00 each
  • Additional Revisions: $75.00 per hour
  • Additional Proofs: $20.00 each
  • Maps and illustrations will be quoted on a per project basis.
Graphic Design: Client Supplied Art on Disk
  • Please see the Card Sizes & Art Specifications sheet. Price includes one color proof. File Preparation: Additional charges may apply if supplied digital file does not meet On The Town's art specifications.

4. Start Dates

    These are our standard Print Dates. Your printing and distribution may start in any month. Minumum 3 month distribution agreement.

 Spring: March 1

  • Order Deadline: February 1
  • Artwork Deadline: February 14

 Summer: June 1

  • Order Deadline: May 1
  • Artwork Deadline: May 15

 Fall: September 1

  • Order Deadline: August 1
  • Artwork Deadline: August 15

 Winter: December 1

  • Order Deadline: November 1
  • Artwork Deadline: November 15

To guarantee correct appearance and packaging all cards must be printed by On The Town. All distribution contracts are for a 3, 6, or 12 month periods. Additional cards can be printed for your other marketing promotions.
